Step one: Check the battery of the remote control
Step two: Check the power supply to the motor.
Check if the motor is connected to the power supply
Step three: Try to open it manually
There is a cord from the motor, pull the cord to disengage the motor and lift the garage door to open manually
Step four: Turn off the switch or unplug and try again
