Vicki is a qualified agent representative who brings valuable knowledge and experience to the rental practice. She has over 10 years of property management experience across hundreds of residential and commercial properties. While she was working with the national leading real estate agent (LJ Hooker) with her proactive, caring attitude and being multilingual skills (English, Mandarin, Cantonese), Vicki has contributed tremendously to her agency receiving the “Best property investment management business growth award” amongst all LJ Hooker offices in Victoria & Tasmania.

Andrew is an experienced property investor, developer and also professional real estate representative. His property investment journey started in 1990s and has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate investment cycle and well versed on various property investment strategies that are suitable in different market environments. His expertise extends to property development and project management. Since 2008 he has delivered many successful townhouse projects across Melbourne. He has an eye for details and backed by his engineering, accounting background, which contributing to the cost effective and successful completion of the development projects. Andrew has a desire to assist and guide his clients from property investment to property development to achieve their own desired personal property objective and portfolio.
