Gas Heater
Solution
1. Check the gas main if it has not been turned off.
2. Check pilot light at the unit if it is still on.
3. Check the thermostat: If it seems as if your furnace doesn’t produce any heat, check the battery level in the thermostat. In some models, simply replacing the battery may do the trick.
Electric Panel
Solution
1. Check heater is plugged in and switch on at the power point
2. Check the main electrical junction box if any circuit breaker or safety switch has been tripped. Switch it back on again and see if your heater works.
3. Check timer and pay close attention on ON and OFF cycle
4. Check thermostat is set above room temperature or your desired room temperature.
5. After all the above checks are done and the heater is not on, report and email to our maintenance team at maintenance@shinerealestate.com.au
Outlet from Celling
Solution
Check the outlet flaps to see it has been closed.
Central Ducted Heating
Solution
1. Check the heater control display panel is switched ON
2. Check the main electrical junction box if any circuit breaker or safety switch has been tripped. Switch it back on again and see if your unit works.
3. Check the heating mode is set at the display panel
4. Check thermostat is set above room temperature or your desired room temperature.
5. After all the above checks are done and the heater is still not ON, report and email to our maintenance team at maintenance@shinerealestate.com.au
Air Grill on Floor

Check the air grill vent is open or close.
